Maliha was awarded the National Science & Technology Fellowship by the Ministry of Science & Technology of Bangladesh for her research on ferroelectric materials during her Master’s at the University of Dhaka. The award was presented by the Prime Minister of Bangladesh in recognition of her outstanding thesis work.

Maliha was awarded the Forté Fellowship during her MBA at the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management, recognizing her leadership potential and commitment to advancing women in business. She was also featured in the 2022 Forté Fellows Lookbook.

Maliha received the prestigious Daily Star Award twice for her outstanding academic performance in both O-Levels and A-Levels. This national recognition is awarded to the top-performing students across Bangladesh, celebrating academic excellence and distinction on international examinations.

Maliha received multiple Employee of the Month awards in recognition of her consistent impact across key areas—including resolving high-stakes client conflicts, recovering and generating significant revenue from repeat clients, and her contributions to team building and cross-functional collaboration. Her ability to lead with empathy, strategy, and results made her a standout performer on numerous occasions.

Maliha was featured in a nationally televised interview on MyTV Bangladesh for her impactful work as a Special Education Teacher, where she orally tutored a student with cerebral palsy (limitations to reading and writing) to successfully take her O-Level exam.
